Cosmaneura Inc ("Cosmaneura," "we," "us") is a Delaware corporation headquartered in New Hampshire, USA. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit cosmaneura.com, contact us, or subscribe to Cosmas, our application.
Please do not submit patient information through this website. This site is for learning about Cosmas and starting an account. Protected health information (PHI) is handled only inside the Cosmaneura application under our customer agreements and, where required, an executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) under HIPAA.
Information we collect
- Contact and sign-up. When you contact us or create a Cosmas account we collect the information you provide: name, email address, and your message or registration details.
- Subscriptions and billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly — we never receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of your subscription and the contact details you provide at checkout.
- Technical information. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) records standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — used for security and to operate the site. This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To provide, administer, and bill your subscription.
- To secure the site and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate — payment processing (Stripe), website hosting (Cloudflare), and email delivery — and where required by law.
Health information and HIPAA
Cosmas is designed for healthcare providers and handles PHI under the terms of our customer agreements. Where Cosmaneura Inc acts as a business associate under HIPAA, an executed BAA governs that data — practices accept the Cosmas BAA (CN-BAA-CUST-CW) electronically during onboarding. Those terms apply to the application — not to this marketing website, which is why patient information should never be entered here.
Retention
We keep contact and subscription information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and as required for legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the kind of information handled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential communications, by emailing info@cosmaneura.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Children
This site and our services are intended for professional, business use and are not directed to individuals under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes to how we handle subscription data will be communicated to subscribers directly.
