How this rollout works

One network. One BAA per practice. Cosmas on every charting day.

  1. Sign in to Cosmas with your @mycatholicdoctor.com work address.
  2. Join with the practice code from your lead, or found the practice if you are the lead. A Gmail is sent down the solo Cosmas path.
  3. Attest under the Cosmaneura Inc BAA already accepted for that practice. You do not sign a second one.
  4. No NPI is requested or required during signup or onboarding.
  5. Create and review SOAP drafts in the same clinician-controlled Cosmas workflow.
